Janina and i started to plan our next big Trip to the other side of the World. Destination is Patagonia in South America end of 2022.
first we asked your companies to get off work for 6 weeks in total, what we both luckily got. The Time will we middle of November to end off December 2022. now we have to find a rental car or better a Camper, Flights and places we wanna see.

Last days we planned a bit of our tour, how we will travel and where we wanna go.
At the end we booked flights to Santiago de Chile and back. we will fly to Santiago on the 18.11.2022 and will be back at the 31.12.2022. we found some camper rental companies and waiting now for the best offer.

and we got one more thing completed. we Booked a Camper from Punta Arenas back to Santiago de Chile. around 3000km without detours.
The Camper will be a small Mitsubishi from the Condor Camper company. 5 weeks living in a van again! :)

the last weeks we planned our hiking trip through the Torre del Paine national Park. we will do the O Track for 9 Days. the Campgrounds open for Summer season booking and we booked all campgrounds on the way.
Janina and i purchased new Sleeping bags and air-mattresses. all need to be Warm and light for the trip. at Globetrotter we found after long days trying and talking the right stuff.
but we still need a tent and some good hiking clothes.
i also got my International drivers License for Patagonia since my old one was expired.

less than 120 Days to go! we bought a tent and camping gear. just a few small things still to do. we still need a few new hiking clothes. we have to get a Validation of our Corona Vaccination (already applied). i need to get the Camera cleaned and some camera gear.
i also need to check what other vaccination i need for south America.

in the last weeks we booked a hotel in the Torre del Paine National Park right after our big hike. it has a amazing view in the Park and the Mountains. we also had to book a new inland flight. Unfortunately the company cancelled all flights in the month November...
the only important thing is our health insurance. but we will book it just short before the trip.

We paid the last amount of our Camper, bought the last missing pieces and tried to fit everything in the backpack's. we paid our health insurance for the trip.
Everything done.
